  • 1)Pressure cook all the vegetables, onion and split green chillies with enough water, salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
  • 2)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  • 3)Splutter black gram, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • 4)Put the cooked vegetables into this and pour the coconut milk.
  • 5)When it starts boiling, remove from flame and put kasoor methi and cover the pan.
  • :- Serve with chappathi and roti.
