  • 1)Cook all the vegetables in water along with salt, till done.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 3)Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
  • 4)Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT again.
  • 5)Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and sautT again.
  • 6)Allow this mixture to cool.
  • 7)Grind it in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
  • 8)Add this mixture into the pan containing cooked vegetables.
  • 9)Mix well the vegetables with the paste.
  • 10)Add the cashew paste and stir well.
  • 11)When it starts to thicken, add milk and mix well.
  • 12)Adjust the level of salt.
  • 12)Add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
