Cook all the vegetables in water along with salt, till done.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT again.
Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and sautT again.
Allow this mixture to cool.
Grind it in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
Add this mixture into the pan containing cooked vegetables.
Mix well the vegetables with the paste.
Add the cashew paste and stir well.
When it starts to thicken, add milk and mix well.
Adjust the level of salt.
Add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
