Easy to make kuruma with vegetables and milk

Ingredients

(diced)
Carrots – 2 nos
(diced)
(sliced thinly)
(slit)
Garlic pods – 7 - 8 nos
Garam masala powder – 1 ½ tsp
(soaked in water)
Coriander leaves for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Cook all the vegetables in water along with salt, till done.
Step 2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 3. Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
Step 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT again.
Step 5. Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and sautT again.
Step 6. Allow this mixture to cool.
Step 7. Grind it in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
Step 8. Add this mixture into the pan containing cooked vegetables.
Step 9. Mix well the vegetables with the paste.
Step 10. Add the cashew paste and stir well.
Step 11. When it starts to thicken, add milk and mix well.
Step 12. Adjust the level of salt.
Step 13. Add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
