  • 1)Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, lime juice, salt and 1 tsp of garam masala for 1/2 an hour.
  • 2)Fry it in 1/2 cup oil.
  • 3)Drain the fried prawns and keep it in a bowl.
  • 4)In the same oil which is used for frying the prawns, add the curry leaves and when it becomes crispy, add sliced onion, ginger and garlic.
  • 5)Saute it well by adding little salt till it becomes golden brown.
  • 6)Add the fried prawns to it and mix well.
  • 7)Sprinkle the remaining garam masala over the dish.
  • :- The dish should be dry.
  • 8)Remove from fire.
  • :- Serve hot with rice, appam, parotta or chappathi.
