  • 1)In a wok heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Saute onions till translucent and add green chillies. Add required salt. :- Do not over fry the onions.
  • 2)Add ladies finger and sautT for a few minutes.
  • 3)Add coconut milk and turmeric powder.
  • 4)Add tomato and allow to boil. Do not add any water. Check salt and add more if required.
  • 5)Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  • 6)Add curry leaves. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
