  • 1)For preparing lobster in blue flame, wash the lobster well and boil it in salt and soya sauce.
  • 2)Remove the flesh from the prawn shell and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • 3)Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper and prawn pieces in it. keep it aside.
  • 4)Heat butter in a pan and roast the flour in it till it turns brown in colour.
  • 5)Then add 1 cup milk in it to make a white sauce.
  • 6)Add the lobster mixture to it and fry again to make the stuffing.
  • 7)Place the prawn shell in a big plate and stuff it with above mixture.
  • 8)Take wine in a vessel and fire it and put the blue flame on top of the prawn shell.
  • 9)Serve immediately.
