For preparing mango mousse, soak the gelatin in 4 tbsp of water and melt it in steam.
Grind mango pieces and sugar to make a paste.
Add the melted gelatin to it and chill it.
When it is about to freeze, take it out and mix it with blended cream.
Beat the egg white and add it to the above mixture and mix it well.
Convert it to a pudding tray and keep it in fridge to set.
Mango mousse is ready.
