  • 1)For preparing mango mousse, soak the gelatin in 4 tbsp of water and melt it in steam.
  • 2)Grind mango pieces and sugar to make a paste.
  • 3)Add the melted gelatin to it and chill it.
  • 4)When it is about to freeze, take it out and mix it with blended cream.
  • 5)Beat the egg white and add it to the above mixture and mix it well.
  • 6)Convert it to a pudding tray and keep it in fridge to set.
  • 7)Mango mousse is ready.
