  • 1)Peel the skin off the pumpkin and cut into small pieces after deseeding.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3)Splutter mustards along with curry leaves and broken chillies.
  • 4)Add onions, green chillies and garlic and sautT for a few minutes.
  • 5)Add pumpkin along with turmeric powder.
  • 6)Add water and leave it to simmer.
  • 7)Add a 1/2 cup of coconut milk along with lime juice and stir till the gravy is thick.
  • :- Serve hot.

    I tried this recipe and it came out great. Thanks Pachakam! My motherinlaw always fries some fenugreek seeds and adds to her curries. I tried it and came out even better

    Tried this recipe. Good. I think lemon juice should be added only in the end (after removing from fire). Otherwise the coconut milk will split.
