All purpose flour(Maida) : 3 cups
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder : 1 tsp
Egg : 2 nos
Sugar : 2 cups
Oil : 3 tbsp
Carrot : 1 cup(grated)
Pineapple : 1 cup(minced)
Vanilla extract : 2 tsp
Directions:
1. For preparing mixed fruit bread, mix flour, baking soda, pinch of salt, cinnamon powder and mix well. 2. In another bowl mix egg, oil and sugar. Whisk well, 3. Add carrot and pineapple into it. 4. Pour this into flour mix and whisk it. 5. Pour it into baking tray and bake it. 6. Bake it for 45 minutes. 7. Mixed fruit bread is ready.
