Mix chopped mushroom with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and keep it aside for 3 min and then wash off.:- To check it is poisoned, if so, it will become dark in color)
Splutter mustard seeds,add cumins,onions,green chillies and red chilles (if required).
Saute it well till onions become brown.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, stir it well and add some water, so that it becomes a paste.
Add mushroom, stir it well, and then add grated coconut and masala powder.
Stir it and add water to cook the mushroom.
Cover it with the lid and serve when it is cooked.
:-Can be dry or gravy,as your wish.
