  • 1)Soak the whole gram for 6 - 8 hours.
  • 2)Drain the excess water and cover the gram with a wet cloth for around 8 hours.
  • 3)Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
  • 4)Add the onion and cook it until golden colour.
  • 5)Add the curry leaves and eggs mixed with salt and pepper.
  • 6)Keep stirring for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 7)Add the whole gram and cook for 3 - 4 mins on low flame covering the pan with a lid.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
  • :- If u add 4 egg whites, instead of 2 whole eggs, it makes a really healthy dish.
