Raw rice : 1 cup
Boiled rice : 1 cup
Egg : 2 nos
Sugar : As reqd
Salt : A pinch
Oil : For frying
Directions:
1. Soak rice for 4 to 5 hours. 2. Grind well all the ingredients using water without lumps. It must be a thick batter. 3. Heat oil in a kadai and pour 1 tbsp batter and fry both sides. Do it in a low flame. Mutta surkas are ready.
