Mutton liver : 1 lb
Onion (big size) : 1 no
Ginger:garlic paste : 1 tbsp
For Marination
Chilly powder : 2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder: 2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Coconut Oil(preferred):2 tbsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Directions:
1. Marinate the cleaned liver pieces with all the powders and salt for at least half an hour. 2. Heat a thick-bottomed vessel, add oil and saute onions and curry leaves. 3. After it turns translucent, add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the fresh smell is gone. 4. Add the marinated liver pieces to the pan and cook covered for 5 minutes. 5. After all the water has dried up, add more oil if needed. 6. Fry stirring in between, also check the level of salt.
:-Do not fry for more than 5-10 mins or else liver would turn hard. 7. :- Mutton Liver Fry - Kerala Style is ready!! 8. :- Serve the Mutton Liver Fry - Kerala Style with hot rice. 9. :- Enjoy eating Mutton Liver Fry!!!
