  • 1)Wash the mutton thoroughly and drain water.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 3)Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • 4)Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
  • 5)Add all the masala.
  • 6)Finally add the liver and mix well.
  • 7)Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
  • 8)Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with bread or roti.
