    to make Naadan Green Peas Curry

  • 1)Soak peas overnight.
  • 2)Place peas, ginger, garlic, onion, chillies, tomato, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, water and salt in a pressure cooker.
  • 3)Pressure cook upto 7 - 8 whistles or about 10 mins.
  • 4)Allow it to cool for a while.
  • 5)Open the cooker and place it on fire.
  • 6)Add coconut milk, cardamom powder and cloves powder.
  • 7)Add water, if needed.
  • 8)Allow it to boil.
  • 9)Add curry leaves and coconut oil.
  • :- Serve hot with appam, dosa, chappathi etc.
