Allpurpose flour(Maida) : 150 gm
Butter : 120 gm
Powdered sugar : 85 gm
Semolina(Rava/Sooji) : 50 gm
Vanilla : 1 tsp
Almonds(Badam)/Cashewnuts : A few
Directions:
1. Cream the butter till it looks like fluffy and light. 2. Add sugar and mix well. 3. Add vanilla. 4. Add maida and rava. 5. Knead them together to make a smooth dough. 6. Form into small rounds and cut across the center. 7. Place a piece of cashewnut on top. 8. Bake on a greased pan at 150 C for about 25-30 Mts.

Step 5

Place a piece of cashewnut on top.

Bake on a greased pan at 150 C for about 25-30 Mts.
