    to make North Indian Easy Vegetable Pulao
  • 1)Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 2)Fry cashews and raisins and keep aside.
  • 3)In the same ghee, splutter cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • 4)Add ginger garlic paste and crushed green chillies.
  • 5)Add onion and saute.
  • 6)Add vegetables and saute.
  • 7)Add rice and fry for 5 minutes.
  • 8)Add 4 cups of water and salt. Keep closed and cook on low flame.
  • 9)Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
  • :- This pulao smells and tastes better after 5-6 hours.
