Ingredients

Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) - 1/2 cup
(cut into small pieces)
(cut into small pieces)
(cut into small pieces)
Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Soak all the dals in water for atleast 2 hrs.
Step 2. Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Step 3. Add onions, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Step 4. Wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties.
Step 5. Deep fry in oil till golden brown in colour.
Step 6. :- Serve hot.

We don t use uzhunnu parippu for Parippu Vada. Kadala Parippu is good enough.
