    to make Parippu vada
    :
  • 1)Soak all the dals in water for atleast 2 hrs.
  • 2)Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
  • 3)Add onions, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • 4)Wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties.
  • 5)Deep fry in oil till golden brown in colour.
  • :- Serve hot.

    We don t use uzhunnu parippu for Parippu Vada. Kadala Parippu is good enough.
