    to make Paya Soup Curry

  • 1)Pressure cook the leg pieces by adding 3 cups of water upto 10 whistles.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pot.
  • 3)Add all the spices and wait until the nice smell comes out.
  • 4)Add onion and fry, until golden brown.
  • 5)Add green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • 6)When it`s done, add ginger-garlic paste and saute, until golden brown.
  • 7)Add salt followed by turmeric powder.
  • 8)Add tomatoes and bring flame to medium-low and fry, until oil seperates.
  • 9)Make a paste of all the powders and add it to the above mixture.
  • 10)Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to boil on a medium flame.
  • 11)When the raw smell leaves, add the cooked leg bone pieces.
  • 12)Bring the flame to medium-low and allow to cook on all sides for atleast 30 - 40 mins.
  • 13)Add some coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with roti, chappathi, parotta and idiyappam.
