  • 1)Cook pineapple along with turmeric and salt in 1/2 cup of water.
  • 2)Grind coconut with dried chillies to a fine paste.
  • 3)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 4)Splutter mustard seeds.
  • 5)Add the coconut paste and saute.
  • 6)Add curry leaves and dried red chillies and continue to saute.
  • 7)When it is done, add the boiled pineapple pieces.
  • :- The gravy should be thick and the cover the pineapple pieces.
  • 8)Add the crushed mustards, just before removing the pachhady from the flame.
