  • 1)For preparing pineapple pickle, first apply salt on the pineapple and keep it aside for 30 min.
  • 2)Fry green chillies and garlic in oil and remove from flame.
  • 3)Then fry ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and asafetida. Stir well.
  • 4)Then add vinegar and pineapple pieces to it and mix all the ingredients well.
  • 5) Pineapple pickle is ready, convert it to a bottle and use it when required.
