  • 1)Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • 2)Roast the sabudana in it.
  • 3)Boil + ltr of milk along with a little water.
  • 4)Add the roasted sabudana and cook, till it is done.
  • 5)Add the remaining milk and allow it to cook well.
  • 6)When the desired consistency is reached, add the powdered cardamom and stir well.
  • 7)Add sugar and mix well.
  • 8)Garnish with cashews roasted in ghee.
  • :- Serve hot or chilled.

    Sabudana should be cooked max of 15mins..As it was already roasted it will get cooked sooner.It should be overcooked as the taste will be spoiled.
