  • 1)Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 3)Splutter mustard seeds.
  • 4)Add onion and green chilly ,coconut and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  • 5)Add mushroom and enough salt and mix well.
  • 6)Cover and cook for 3 mins.
  • :- Serve with rice.
