  • 1)Fry vemicelli in ghee, until golden brown and keep it aside.
  • 2)Boil the milk.
  • 3)Add fried vermicelli and cook for 8 - 10 mins.
  • 4)Add sugar, fried raisins, fried cashewnuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 5)Boil for 2 - 3 mins.
  • :- Serve hot or chilled.
