  • 1)For preparing spicy chicken neck, heat coconut oil in a vessel over medium flame.
  • 2)Saute in the shallots and ginger-garlic paste until the shallots become transparent.
  • 3)Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
  • 4)Toss in the tomatoes and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.
  • 5)Then add chicken neck, vinegar, salt and pepper with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame.
  • 6)Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.
  • 7)Spicy chicken neck is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, chappathi, etc.
