Spicy Chicken Neck


Chicken neck - 500g(cleaned and chopped)
Shallots(Kunjulli) - 100g(finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 nos(finely chopped)
Vinegar - 3 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp


Step 1. For preparing spicy chicken neck, heat coconut oil in a vessel over medium flame.
Step 2. Saute in the shallots and ginger-garlic paste until the shallots become transparent.
Step 3. Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
Step 4. Toss in the tomatoes and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 5. Then add chicken neck, vinegar, salt and pepper with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame.
Step 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.
Step 7. Spicy chicken neck is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, chappathi, etc.
