  • 1)For preparing spicy coconut oysters , blend all the ingredients under to grind: cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  • 2)Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  • 3)Heat oil in a deep frying pan, saute the ground paste on low flame for 1 minute.
  • 4)Toss in the oysters and mix it well. Allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  • 5)Add in the grated coconut and allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
  • 6)Spicy coconut oysters is ready. Serve hot.
