Sprouted green gram(Cherupayar) : 1/4 cup
Carrot(finely grated) : 1/4 cup
Cucumber(Vellarikka) : 1/4 cup(grated)
Tomatoes(finely chopped) : 1/4 cup
Grated coconut : 1/4 cup
Cabbage(finely sliced) : 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves(chopped) : 1 tsp
Ginger(finely chopped) : 1/2 tsp
Curd(fresh
avoid sour curd) : 1 cup
Salt : As reqd
Directions:
1. Place the sprouted green gram in a vessel. 2. Add carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, grated coconut, cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger, curd and required salt. 3. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for 5 minutes. 4. Sprouted green gram salad is ready and serve.
