Heat oil and ghee or butter in pressure cooker.
Add chopped onions and whole chillies and fry till onions become transparent.
Add gingergarlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes.
Add chilly powder, spices powder, salt, Chicken and 1 cup water and mix well.
Close the cooker and allow for 2 whistles.
After the whistle stops let it rest for some time.
Then open the cooker and check for salt and spices.
If everything is good,add lemon, chopped cilantro, mint, remaining 3cups water and rice.
Mix well and close the cooker lid and allow for 1 whistle.
Carefully open the lid after it stops its steam and mix the biryani well from bottom to top and serve with curd raitha.
