Green chillies : ½ k gm
Potatoes boiled and mashed : 3 nos
Besan / gram flour : 1 cup
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Baking soda : ¼ tsp
Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few
Salt : as reqd
Oil : for frying
Directions:
1. Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces. 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Add onion pieces and fry them until it turns golden brown. 4. Add curry leaves and fry. 5. Add red chilli powder and chicken masala and saute for 2 mins. 6. Add chicken pieces and mix well. 7. Add turmeric powder, salt and water. 8. Mix well, cover and allow it to cook on medium flame for 5 mins. 9. Open and cook for 2 mins. 10. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame. 11. :- Serve with rice and chapathi.
