  • 1)Grind together peanuts, green chillies and salt adding enough water.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3)Splutter mustard seeds.
  • 4)Pour the ground chutney and reduce the flame to sim.
  • :- The chutney must be somewhat watery but not that much watery.
  • 5)Bring the chutney to a boil.
  • 6)Add the curry leaves and remove from fire.
  • Thats it. Peanut chutney is ready.
  • :- Serve with dosas and idlis.
  • :- Please check the consistency yourself.
