King prawns : 12 : 16 nos
(peeled and cooked)
Natural(plain) low fat yoghurt : 3 tbsp
Ricotta cheese : 3 tbsp
Paprika(ground) : 1 tsp
Garam masala : 1 tsp
Tomato puree : 1 tbsp
Coconut milk : 3 tbsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Water : 2/3 cup
Oil : 1 tbsp
Garlic(crushed) : 1 tsp
Fresh root ginger(grated) : 1 tsp
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) : 1/2" stick
Green cardamom : 2 nos
Salt : As reqd
Fresh coriander leaves(chopped) : 1 tbsp
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a rice cooker. 2. Fry onion, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, chillies, mint and garlic until aromatic for about 2 mins. 3. Add the rice, water, prawns, saffron and salt. 4. Close the cooker and let it cook until it turns off to (Keep Warm÷.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a rice cooker.

Step 2

Fry onion, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, chillies, mint and garlic until aromatic for about 2 mins.

Step 3

Add the rice, water, prawns, saffron and salt.

Step 4

Close the cooker and let it cook until it turns off to (Keep Warm÷.
