Raw rice : 1 cup
Boiled rice(Puzhungalari) : 1 cup
Urad dal(Uzhunnu parippu) : 1/2 cup
Chana dal(kadalaparippu) : 1/2 cup
Dry chillies : 6 nos
Tapioca : 500g(sliced)
Green chillies : 2 nos(chopped)
Red onion : 4 nos(chopped)
Curry leaves : Few
Asafoetida(Kayam) : A pinch
Gingelly oil : As reqd
Salt : As reqd
Directions:
1. For preparing tapioca dosa, soak raw rice, puzhungalari, urad dal, chana dal and dry chillies in water. 2. Grind the mixture with tapioca. 3. Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, asafoetida and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour. 4. Make dosa from this batter.
