Tapioca Dosa


Boiled rice(Puzhungalari) - 1 cup
Urad dal(Uzhunnu parippu) - 1/2 cup
Dry chillies - 6 nos
Tapioca - 500g(sliced)
Red onion - 4 nos(chopped)
Asafoetida(Kayam) - A pinch


1. For preparing tapioca dosa, soak raw rice, puzhungalari, urad dal, chana dal and dry chillies in water.
2. Grind the mixture with tapioca.
3. Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, asafoetida and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour.
4. Make dosa from this batter.
