Raw tapioca : 2 cups(grated)
Sugar : 2 cups
Coconut milk : 3/4 cup
Coconut : 2 cups(grated)
Kesari colour : 1 pinch mixed in little water.
Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. For preparing tapioca kesari, mix together all the ingredients well by stirring it continuously. 2. Spread this mixture in a flat vessel and cook it in steam for 30 minutes. 3. Tapioca kesari is ready. Serve hot.
