  • 1)Remove the sides of the bread slices.
  • 2)Take a bowl of water and dip the bread slice one by one in it and remove immediately squeezing out water in your fist. Keep aside.
  • 3)In a bowl, take soaked bread, onions, cheese, green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, carrot, kasoori methi and salt.
  • 4)Mix well and form small balls.
  • 5)Take maida in a bowl and add about 4 - 5 tbsp of water and make a smooth thick paste.
  • 6)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 7)Dip the cheese ball in the maida batter and roll over sooji or bread crumbs.
  • 8)Put it in hot oil and deep fry until golden flame on high flame.
  • :- Serve hot with ketchup.
