Easy to make curry with Lady`s finger (Vendakka)

Vendakka Curry


Lady’s finger(Vendakka) – 500 gm
(cut into 1” pieces)
Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
Thin coconut milk – 2 cups


1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
2. Add vendakka pieces and sautT, till you get rid of its¦ stickiness.
3. Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves and sautT again.
4. When the onion gets sautTed lightly, add turmeric powder and coriander powder.
5. Saute, till the raw smell of the powders leave.
6. Add thin coconut milk and mix well.
7. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
8. After 5 mins, remove the cover and stir well.
9. Add thick coconut milk and remove from the flame.

Good recipe


Not good..Never try this and waste vegetables...Probably the cooking instructions are not clear enuf
