    to make Vendakka Curry

  • 1)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 2)Add vendakka pieces and sautT, till you get rid of its¦ stickiness.
  • 3)Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves and sautT again.
  • 4)When the onion gets sautTed lightly, add turmeric powder and coriander powder.
  • 5)Saute, till the raw smell of the powders leave.
  • 6)Add thin coconut milk and mix well.
  • 7)Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  • 8)After 5 mins, remove the cover and stir well.
  • 9)Add thick coconut milk and remove from the flame.

    Not good..Never try this and waste vegetables...Probably the cooking instructions are not clear enuf
