Wheat flour : 1 cup
Powdered sugar : 2 cups
Cashew nuts : 1 cup(powdered)
Egg : 4 nos
Milk : 2 cups
Directions:
1. For preparing wheat flour cake, roast wheat flour till it turns brown in colour. 2. Beat egg and milk together. 3. Add the roasted wheat flour and the rest ingredients to the beaten mixture. 4. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. 5. Pour the mixture in a flat vessel and cook it in steam. 6. Serve garnished with dry fruits.

Directions

Step 1

For preparing wheat flour cake, roast wheat flour till it turns brown in colour.

Step 2

Beat egg and milk together.

Step 3

Add the roasted wheat flour and the rest ingredients to the beaten mixture.

Step 4

Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the mixture in a flat vessel and cook it in steam.

Step 6

Serve garnished with dry fruits.
