first of all i say thank u to who introduce this site to begin.from these words u can understand my contact with this site.iam a Eranakulam native person.in my life iam terribily afraid of pachakam.before my marriage i was trying lot of things without knowing in ur site.all r flope.iam very shy to stand among when elder women`s gathering,because in their talking must include pachakam & vanity about their cuisine. at that moment MOM is my word.after my marriage my family members,especially my mam feared about my cuisine.when i was in gulf one of my friend told me about ur site,also told me it is easy to prepare for a new one.myhusband`s friends compel to give party.many times he refuses their words(he know iam very poor in my cooking) .one day my husband invite his friends(previous day ican`t sleep well).next day (no.........an eventfull day....)i prepared fried rice & gopi manchurian.they didn`t say any comment about my cuisine.next day ,when my husband was in office one of his guy ask him from which hotel u buy all these items? & how much cost 4 all? he made a laugh.... we really remember about that day .now iam confident about my preparation ,because u r with me like good friend....thanX a lot...... |

The site is excellent. Tried few of the recipes and all of them came very good with typical kerala taste. One suggestion I had was to have a facility to upload the photo of the food. The option should be available to the person who creates a new recipe. A visual representation will allow us to select the best recipe for an occassion, rather than guessing how it will look. |

Accidently I found this site today. It is superb........ now words to explain. It is very helpful to us to experient the different kinds of foods. I found the recipe very easy to execute. The kesari came out good.
We could back off to 1 cup of sugar and then it tasted great for us. May be depending one`s desired sweetness level one may want to modulate the amount of sugar. Thanks.

I am not flattering, this is simply the excellent. I couldnot find even a micro fault in the service. They delivered the item in a short notice even before my paypal e-cheque was not cleared. Delivery was excellent,on time( even on a sunday). I recieved a reply email immedietly after the delivery about whom it was delivered to and also at what excat time.
