Ingredients for Naadan Thenga Chammanthy Recipe
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
Tamarind(Puli) - 1 no
Small onions(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 4 nos
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Naadan Thenga Chammanthy Recipe
1)Roast dry red chillies on the gas flame.

2)Grind together grated coconut, burnt chillies, small onions, salt, tamarind and curry leaves along with 3 tbsp of water into a coarse form.

:- Do not make it into a paste.
