Ingredients for Mysore Pak Tamil Nadu Cuisine Style Recipe
Gram flour(Kadalamvu) - 1 cup
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
milk - 1/4 cup
Preparation Method of Mysore Pak Tamil Nadu Cuisine Style Recipe
1)Mix together gram flour or besan with ghee.
2)Heat it in the microave for 1 min so that the raw smell of the flour goes away.
3) powder sugar in the mixie.
4)Add 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar to the mixture and heat for 2 mins.
5)Pour 1/4 cup milk and heat it again for 1 min.
6)Grease a tray with little ghee and pour the mysore pak into the tray.
5)Let mysore pak cool for 30 secs.
6)Cut mysore pak into pieces.

2 things, I dont understand who gives bravery award for a recipe!!!!and i agree this recipe is from karnataka as the name itself suggests so one should be mindfull before taking credit for their state. You cant say rosogulla recipe is from maharastra or andhra... I do appreciate the new way of cooking mysorepak but mysorepak is from mysore which was the capital of karnataka and this recipe was one of the favorite sweets of the mysore maharaja
