Ingredients for Pink Salmon Delight Recipe
Pink Salmon in water - 1 can
Salt - A pinch or as per taste
(as salmon already is salted)
Italian herbs
Garlic powder
Pepper
Lime juice
Cheese (optional)

Preparation Method of Pink Salmon Delight Recipe
1)Preheat oven to 420 degrees.

2)Mix all the above ingredients & make round balls off the mixture.

3)Lightly coat them with rice flour or maida.

:- Option is roll it in egg white & then roll in flour.

4)Place in a greased dish.

5)Bake for 20 mins or more if u want it a little crisp.

6)Option is to fry it (the tastier & unhealthier one!!!):-))

:- Make sure u thaw the fish (in case its an opened can) & drain the water well - otherwise wont be crisp.

:- Now the background of this dish:- I had bought this can a week ago ; it was idling in the freezer - had taken a bit out to make some sandwich filling & for some reason we didnt like it at all. Then on a holiday in a relaxed mood i tried this out. I have a feeling that too much of indian spices screws up the salmon taste........it tastes better bland & with a western touch to it.
