Ingredients for Potato Biscuits Recipe
Flour - 3 cups
Baking powder - 2 tbsp (heaped)
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable shortening - 1 cup
Mashed cooked sweet potatoes - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup

Preparation Method of Potato Biscuits Recipe
1)Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

2)Cut in shortening with fork or pastry cutter.

3)Combine warm sweet potatoes and sugar together.

4)Add milk and mix well.

5)Combine sweet potato and flour mixtures together and blend well.

6)Place on floured surface and roll to desired thickness or about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter.

7)Bake on lightly greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

:-Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
