Ingredients for Pazham Nirachathu Recipe

Ripe bananas(Nenthrapazham) � 5 nos
Sugar � 50 gm
Coconut � � of one
Cardamom(Elakka) � 5 nos
Cashewnuts � 10 gm
Raisins(Onakkamunthiri) � 10 gm
Maida � 20 gm
Coconut oil for frying





Preparation Method of Pazham Nirachathu Recipe
1)Heat up a pan or a kadai. 2)Roast the grated coconut in it followed by sugar, cardamoms, raisins and cashews. 3)Split the bananas into two and stuff the above mixture into it. 4)Coat it with maida and fry them in coconut oil.
