Ingredients for Health Drink Recipe
Ginger - 3" piece
Black pepper powder - 2 tbsp
Tender neem leaves - A fistful
Bitterguard pieces - 1/2 of one
(with out seeds)
Tulsi leaves - A fistful
Dry ginger powder - 1 tsp
Crystal sugar(Kalkandam) - 50 gm
Honey - 2 tbsp

Preparation Method of Health Drink Recipe
1)Take 300 ml of water.

2)Put all the ingredients into it except honey.

3)Boil until the quantity reduced to half.

4)Filter and add honey to the filtrate and take in the early morning, preferably after exercise.
