Ingredients for Chocolate Fruit Basket Recipe

For the cake:
All purpose flour(Maida) - 75 gm
White butter(home-made) - 75 gm
Icing sugar - 30 gm
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla Essence (optional) - 1/2 tsp

For the icing:
Fresh cream - 200 gm
Icing sugar - 40 gm
Mixed fruit pieces - 1 tea cup
Strawberries for decoration





Preparation Method of Chocolate Fruit Basket Recipe
1)Sieve maida and cocoa together. 2)Beat the butter and icing sugar well. 3)Add vanilla essence and beat again (optional). 4)Add the sieved mixture to it and mix well. 5)Fit a star nozzle to a piping bag, fill with the mixture and pipe rounds in individual basket moulds (approx. 8 moulds). 6)Bake in oven at moderate temperature of 180�C/350�F for about 25 minutes. 7)Cool and un-mould the baskets. 8)Beat cream and sugar meant for icing. 9)Fill the baskets with fruit pieces and pipe the sweetened cream on top. 10)Decorate it with strawberries.
