Ingredients for Red Wine Recipe
Black grapes(seedless) - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 kg
Water - 1 litre
Yeast - 1 tbsp
Wheat - 1 tbsp
Egg white(whisked) - 1 no
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - A small stick
Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 nos

Preparation Method of Red Wine Recipe
1)Wash hands neatly while making wine.

2)Clean the grapes thoroughly.

3)Mix grapes, sugar and water in a mixer for 2 seconds.

4)Take a glass vessel with a tight lid of capacity of about 2 litres as the fermentation takes place inside.

5)Add all the above said ingredients and close it tightly and keep without disturbing it for 21 days.

6)After 21 days, sieve using a good cloth.

7)Again collect it in the same glass bottle.

8)Allow it to settle for 3 days.

9)Now pour into your desired containers.

Yummy red wine is ready!!
