Ingredients for Prawn and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
Prawns – 200 gms
(cleaned and deveined)
Broccoli – 100 gm
(cut into florets)
Garlic – 1 tbs
(chopped)
Onion - 1 no
(thinly sliced)
Red chillies - 3 nos
(sliced)
Walnuts - 1/4 cup
(chopped)
Mushrooms – 1/4 cup
(sliced)
Celery – 1/4 cup
(chopped)
Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce – 1 tbs
Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 2 tsp
(crushed)
Stock or water – 1 cup
Sesame oil - as reqd
Salt – as reqd

Preparation Method of Prawn and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
1)Heat wok to medium high, add sesame oil.

2)Stir in garlic, onion and red chillies, stir for a few seconds.

3)Add the prawns and stir continuously till the pink colour changes to opaque.

4)Add the broccoli, mushroom, celery , walnuts, soy sauces, oyster sauce, pepper and salt.

5)Stir till the vegetables are well combined.

6)Add broth or water and bring the flame to simmer. Adjust seasoning.

7)Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from the stove and serve immediately.
