Ingredients for Strawberry Cheese Cake - Delicious Recipe
Amul Curd - 1 packet
(hung for 2 hrs in a thin cloth - Cream cheese)
Egg yolk - 4 nos
Sugar - 150-200 gm
Cream - 250 gm
Gelatin - 20 gm
(dissolved in 150 ml water)
Vanila essence - 1/4 tsp
Marie biscuits - 10-12 nos
Butter - for the base
Strawberry malas crush

Preparation Method of Strawberry Cheese Cake - Delicious Recipe
1)Mix together the biscuits and butter till they bind well.
:- They Should resemble like bread crumb.

2)Put it in cheesecake dish(the down lid which comes out) and set in freezer till it sets.

3)Beat egg yolk with sugar(for better beating use powdered sugar) and then add cream cheese(the curd hung in cloth)and beat for 10-12 minutes.

4)Melt the gelatin in warm water and cool it.

5)Beat cream with 2 tsp of sugar in a different dish.

6)Add a tbsp of strawberry crush to the mixture.

7)Mix everything together and add gelatin to this and pour this mixture on the biscuit base and set in the fridge till it sets.

:- Delicious Strawberry Cheese Cake is ready!!!
