Ingredients for Raisin and Chocolate Muffins Recipe
All purpose flour(Maida)– 2 cups
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Eggs – 2 nos(whisked)
Butter – 120 gm(melted)
Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Soda bi carb - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chunks- 50 gm
Raisins – 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Preparation Method of Raisin and Chocolate Muffins Recipe
1)Preheat oven to 160 c.

2)In a large bowl mix together flour,raisins, baking powder, soda powder and salt.

3)In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.

4)Add the butter mixture to the sieved flour and mix until the ingredients are just combined.
:- Do not over beat the batter.

5)Spoon half the batter into the paper cups.

6)Place a piece of chocolate chunk in each pan and cover with the remaining batter.
:- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.

7)Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.

:- Raisin and Chocolate Muffins is ready!!
:- Enjoy eating Raisin and Chocolate Muffins!!!

Note:- The chocolate chunk in the center turns gooey when cooked as shown in picture
