Ingredients for Banana Roast Recipe
Banana - 2 nos(cut into small pieces)
Egg - 1 no
Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamon powder(Elakka) - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - As reqd

Preparation Method of Banana Roast Recipe
1)Take a pan and pour ghee. Add banana pieces and saute.

2)Keep stirring until golden yellow in color.

3)Now add the egg and blend it nicely with banana pieces.

4)When egg is cooked, add grated coconut and sugar and stir for 5 minutes.

5)Add cashew nuts and cardamon powder. Turn off the fire.

6)Serve hot.
