Ingredients for Cookies with Jam Topping Recipe
All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Butter - 4 dsp
Egg - 2 nos(beaten)
Sugar(powdered) - 4 dsp
Any colored jam - 5 dsp

Preparation Method of Cookies with Jam Topping Recipe
1)For preparing cookies with jam topping, first sift together flour and baking powder.

2)Rub butter into the flour and add eggs and sugar. Knead to a smooth dough.

3)Make lime sized balls with the entire dough.

4)Punch a hole in the top of each ball and fill it with jam.

5)Arrange these balls in a greased tin and bake at 375 degrees till the outside becomes golden brown in color.

6)Yummy cookies with jam topping is ready. Enjoy.
