Ingredients for Shrimp BBQ Recipe
Fresh shrimps - 500g(peeled and deveined)
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic(minced) - 2 cloves
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
Fresh basil(chopped) - 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper - A pinch
Salt - As reqd
Skewers - As reqd

Preparation Method of Shrimp BBQ Recipe
1)For preparing shrimp BBQ, first mix together olive oil, garlic, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, basil, cayenne pepper and required salt.

2)Coat the shrimps evenly with the marinade and refrigerate covered for 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

3)Thread the marinated shrimps onto skewers piercing once near the head and once near the tail.

4)Preheat the grill and lightly oil the grill grate. Cook shrimps for 3 minutes per side.

5)Shrimp BBQ, a yummy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
